Depending on your animal's condition and your veterinarian's professional assessment, a prescription may be provided as part of your consultation when appropriate. Any prescriptions are issued at the discretion of the veterinarian and in accordance with applicable veterinary guidelines and regulations.

After your consultation, you'll receive an invoice with your payment details. If you have pet insurance, you may be able to claim eligible consultation costs depending on your policy and your insurer's requirements.
